5 CR Examines the roles of China, India, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia in 20th century economic, political, and cultural affairs. Topics include the region’s cultures and its emergence from the age of colonial rule to modern independent states. Note: May be used as social science or humanities credit, not both, at BC. Course
