5 CR Examines project management theory and practice, with emphasis on scientific, technical, and medical applications. Uses PMI’s PMBOK framework to explain the creation and management of projects in contemporary organizations. Cases and examples illustrate the application of this framework to real-world Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile projects. Course
