5 CR This course focuses on managerial and legal principles and knowledge that are critical to IT organizations and the management of organizations focused on information technology in the modern business world. Students will develop skills and techniques in the areas of the relevant legal concepts and doctrines; regulatory and administrative agency requirements; and organizational development and management practice applicable in the IT environment.
