Welding
The Welding certificate program at Bay College provides specialized classroom and shop experiences in metal welding, brazing, and flame cutting, including blueprint reading. Students work with carbon, low-alloy, aluminum, and stainless steels using GMAW and GTAW processes. The program features state-of-the-art equipment, including robotic and virtual welding cells, and offers students the opportunity to earn 2-5 American Welding Society (AWS) certifications to enhance their career opportunities and earning potential.
