Mechatronics (Certificate)
The Mechatronics certificate program at Bay College provides students with the basic technical knowledge and skills needed to install, repair, and maintain electromechanical, fluid power, and process control systems. The curriculum covers fundamentals of electricity, fluid power, electrical motors, and motor control systems. Students gain hands-on experience in a grant-funded equipment lab and may have the opportunity to complete a co-op or internship in Mechatronics and Robotics Systems to gain real-world experience. This program serves as a foundation for those who may wish to further their studies toward an AAS in Mechatronics and Robotic Systems.
