The Computer Information Systems Programming and User Support program equips students to select, install, and support computer systems and software. The curriculum covers computer applications, cybersecurity, basic programming, and web development. Students have the opportunity to earn industry certifications, including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA). The program emphasizes problem-solving using current software packages, hardware configurations, operating systems, and networks, providing a foundation for immediate employment or transfer to a four-year institution for a bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
