Introduction to logic and problem solving, set theory, numeration systems, fundamental concepts and structures of numbers and mathematics. Course is designed for elementary education students. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1050 or MATH 1070 with a “C” or better or appropriate score on mathematics placement test
