This course introduces students to the legal aspects of business. It includes such topics as state and federal court systems, business torts and crimes, contracts and related areas of the Uniform Commercial Code. Government regulation of business, and the ethical and legal rights and duties of individuals and businesses in our society. Prerequisite(s): BUSN 1600
