WELD 2213 - FCAW (Fillet & Groove Welds) WELD 2213 - FCAW (Fillet & Groove Welds) , Lecture 1 , Lab 2 Introduces the principles and components for Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). Students will practice fillet welds in the flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Students will also practice V-groove welding with backing or back-gouging in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions. This course requires a lab fee. Prerequisites: WELD 1419 and WELD 1519 , all with a grade of “C” or better Corequisites: WELD 2116 and WELD 2313
