PALG 2223 - Real Estate Law and Procedures PALG 2223 - Real Estate Law and Procedures , Lecture 3 Students will examine the law of real property and real estate transactions. Examines forms of ownership, principles of valid contractual agreements, instruments of conveyance, title insurance, mortgages and security interests, landlord-tenant relationships, applicable federal and state laws, and land use controls. Students will learn to perform basic title examinations and draft documents used in real estate transactions. Prerequisites: PALG 1013 with a grade of “C” or better Corequisites: None
