ECVT 1103 - Cardiac Electrophysiology ECVT 1103 - Cardiac Electrophysiology , Lecture 2 , Lab 3 Introduces the concepts essential in the performance and interpretation of 3-lead and 12-lead electrocardiograms (EKGs) and pathophysiology of heart sounds. The course concentrates on specialized terminology, cardiac and vascular anatomy, electrophysiology, electrocardiography, exercise physiology, stress testing, Holter monitoring, cardiac pacemakers, and cardiac rehabilitation. Laboratory experiences will be provided. Prerequisites: Admission to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography AAS, Echocardiography and Vascular Technology concentration Corequisites: None
