This course facilitates the transition from the role of of nursing student to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Emphasis is placed on factors that contribute to the LPN scope of practice, initial employment as a nurse, including leadership and management skills; as well as the obligation to obtain and maintain licensure.
