LEAD 1006 — Army Eval Rep Sys Couns Proc 1 Credit Hours
Provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the Army Evaluation Reporting System counseling process. The course will discuss the Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) counseling support form and the counseling process to facilitate student’s performance and professional development. The course also discusses counseling session preparation and the basic components of a counseling session.
