FDHR 1014 — Training & Development 3 Credit Hours
This course explores the critical role of training and development in driving organizational success and facilitating mission accomplishment including the creation and implementation of individual development plans, strategies for the design of effective performance improvement plans. Topics include the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regu- lations governing these areas, providing a solid foundation in compliance and best practices and various methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training tools.
