This course provides HR professionals with an overview of critical leg - islation and legal obligations essential to their role including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title 5 Administrative Personnel, and Title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
