EMTS 1500 — Emergency Medical Technician 12 Credit Hours

This program is designed for individuals interested in providing medical care to patients in the pre-hospital setting. The program will provide the participant with opportunities to gain information, skills, and attitudes necessary for certification and practice as an EMT in Kansas. Students completing this course will receive a Barton certificate of completion and with permission of the program director, will be eligible to sit for the National Registry of EMT Certification Exam. Prerequisite: Consent of instructor or program director.
