DIET 1634 — Field Experience in Nutrition 3 Credit Hours
This course offers field experience in the study and application of nutri- tion therapy through modified diets, nutrition screening, and nutrition assessments. This course is to be completed in the student’s participat - ing facility and part of which is completed under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian preceptor.
