CORR 1013 — Legal Issues in Corrections 3 Credit Hours
This course will provide students with current and practical information on how to avoid lawsuits in the correctional setting. Students will gain knowledge about federal and state legal liabilities and some of the com- plex areas of the law affecting correctional institutions.
