CNHI 1228 — Powertrains/Transmissions 4 Credit Hours
This course will cover the theory of the operation of of mechanical and hydrostatic power trains used on agricultural and construction equip - ment. Students will learn to set the rolling torque or end play of a shafts supported by tapered roller or ball bearings, as well as understand theory of operation, troubleshooting and repair procedures for torque converters and hydrostatic transmissions.
