PHY 1112 — Physics: Algebra Based II with Lab (GT-SC1)
5 Credit hours 105 Contact hours The physics of electricity and magnetism and requires application of classical physics to both mathematical and conceptual problems. This course covers Direct Current (DC) circuits involving resistors, capacitors, and batteries. This course also covers traveling and standing waves, electromagnetic waves, and geometric optics.
