NUR 1012 — Basic Concepts of Pharmacology
2 Credit hours 30 Contact hours Provides an overview of the basic principles of pharmacology including major drug classifications and prototypes of commonly used medications. This course introduces central concepts including safety and quality improvement practices in the administration of medications, person centered teaching, and variations encountered when administering medications to diverse population across the lifespan.
