ELEC 1142 - Safety Principles/OSHA ELEC 1142 - Safety Principles/OSHA 2 credits lecture/0 credits lab This course covers Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) practices that are common to labor industries and presents information on how to develop a personal strategy to avoid unsafe practices. An overview of OSHA safety requirements for general industry and construction sites will be presented. This course is a component of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Electrical ACT Two-year Technical Program Experience Credit Rules. Course Prerequisite(s): None
