Class is one hour per week in keyboard lab developing more advanced skills in keyboard fluency: chord-based accompaniment patterns, transposition, sight reading and improvisation. The second in a two-part course sequence (with MUSC 1121 ), this course prepares music majors and minors for required piano proficiency exams in bachelor programs across the country. e., band, choir, orchestra, etc.
