MUSC 1107 - String Orchestra MUSC 1107 - String Orchestra -1 Catalog Description This ensemble rehearses a variety of orchestra literature for study and performance. Ensemble is open to all students. This ensemble meets the requirements for bowed string instrumentalists pursuing the AFA degree in Music. No audition is required. Students must read written musical notation for their instruments. 1-2 performances each semester. Weekly scheduled rehearsals. Additional rehearsals may be required. Students may repeat this course to gain a maximum of 4 credits.
