Upon completion of this concentration, graduates will be able to qualify to sit for the State Board of Cosmetic Art examination. Upon successfully passing the state board exam, graduates will be issued a license. Student Learning Outcomes – Upon completion of the program, students will: 1. Perform hair/scalp cleansing/conditioning, and hairstyling services. 2. Perform haircutting services. 3. Perform chemical hair texturizing services. 4. Perform hair coloring and lightening services.
