AVT 2006 - Crew Resource Management/Human Factors AVT 2006 - Crew Resource Management/Human Factors Focuses on classroom instruction covering human factors/crew resource management (CRM)/single pilot resource management (SRM). Specific topics include aeronautical decision making (ADM), situational awareness, crew coordination, communication, human error, fatigue, fitness, attitudes, training devices, controls, and workload management. Students will learn about and identify human performances that affect aviation in both crew and single pilot environments. Restricted to General Aviation Pilot or Professional Pilot majors only. Course is not repeatable for credit.
